Traditional Dream Factory is seeking a dedicated Lead Gardener to help build our food gardens starting as soon as possible!🌷Spring 2023 and beyond.

As a Lead Gardener at Traditional Dream Factory, you'll be a part of a team committed to promoting biodiversity, restoration of water cycles, regeneration of soils, and regeneration of souls. We believe that our creativity is our greatest asset, and that we can channel our collective intelligence towards planetary regeneration. We believe in using technology for good, and in replacing ownership with stewardship.

Responsibilities

Our goal is to produce vegetables for 30 people by Summer 2023. As Lead Gardener, your responsibilities will include:

• providing a steady supply of vegetables for 30 people.
• planning work and leading a team of 2-3 part time assistants/volunteers.
• regular communication with kitchen, on- and off-the-ground TDF team members, and event managers
• continuous maintenance of food production areas
• co-maintenance and management of non-garden areas such as reforestation efforts and general landscape

Ideal candidate

• speaks Portuguese and English
