At TDF, we encourage folks to refer their friends and acquaintances for roles, positions, and projects. By referring someone to TDF, you not only help your friend get pretty cool job, but you also earn some rewards for yourself.

If you successfully refer someone for a Role/Position/Project at TDF, we will reward you with the following:

• If the person is hired part-time, you will earn:
  • 150€ and 1 $TDF, or
  • 2 $TDF
• If the person is hired full-time, you will earn:
  • 250€ and 1 $TDF, or
  • 3 $TDF
• If the person is hired for a project, the reward will depend on the scope of the project and will be determined by the Core Team. You will receive something between 150€ and 500€ and/or 1-5 $TDF, with your needs taken into account.

It is important to note that the reward will only be enabled if the person you referred successfully passes their trial period. Therefore, we encourage you to refer only those who you believe are a good fit for TDF and will excel in their roles.
