Two days of planting:

• Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th (Oct)
• 3-4 hours in the morning before lunch
  • • time in the afternoon for smaller group of people

Methodology: regenerative reforestation with native species (not agroforestry)

Plants:

• Species and order details
• 400 plants - reforestation
• 400 - garden and property perimeters for shade, fire and windbreaks

2. Ideas

1. Propagation - identify native species that can be propagated from seed, cuttings etc and work on propagation methodologies - possible collaboration
   1. Collect cuttings from lavendar, rosemary, etc around TDF and begin propagation in pots (in addition to 2 days of tree planting)
2. have a workshop for establishing a plant nursery

    • Silvi could provide up to 1k USD - with this we can likely supply all 800 trees for reforestation, and wind/firebreaks plus soil amendments like wood chip mulch and compost/manure
