The Stewards handover process last over two weeks leading towards Passing the Torch. It is critical that all stewards are present during the process.

During the two week handover leading up to Passing the Torch Ceremony, the knowledge is transferred to the new Steward Team. Key items are include in the Handover Checklist below.
The Ceremony at the end of the handover officially marks the beginning of the new Stewardsheep. The ceremony is prepared by the Stewards who are ending their cycle. Community circle can provide guidance on the process.
