4. Invited for previous contributions

There is a deadline for Listed Members to claim their Membersheep.

2. Membersheep Agreement

1. Once approved by vouching or when claiming Membersheep invitation, Member will receive Welcome E-mail:
   1. Membersheep Agreement
      1. Signature in SignNow
   2. Collection of ETH address

3. Token Distribution (previous allocated $TDF)

1. Final $TDF allocation in spreadsheet by Coordination Circle
   1. Coordination Circle meets with Listed Members to clarify previous contributions and allocate final $TDF.
2. All allocated $TDF will be locked intro a staking pool that will become liquid upon GO LIVE event (all encoded in smart contract)

4. Private Token Sale (new purchase of $TDF)

1. Member/User transfers $TDF value to TDF ETH address.
2. Sends transaction details to Coordination Circle (their wallet address so that Coordination Circle can verify transaction).
3. Coordination Circle registers purchased $TDF in spreadsheet.
4. Signature of SAFT agreement between Oasa and token holder.
