When an event is submitted and approved it will automatically show in the Events Calendar. If you need access to the calendar contact ‣ or Stewards.

Food 🥗

Event hosts can choose to either:

• Take care of their own food, in which case the kitchen will be emptied from supplies and they will have to manage all the food prep logistics. TDF will charge €5/night/person for the use of kitchen and tools to cover for wear, tear and running costs. The cost is included in the event price in the events guide for simplicity.
• Hire TDF to provide the food for €20/night/person. After the event, the food money is distributed in the following way (rough estimate): €10 to cover food, €5 for the ‣(s), €5 for TDF (including 20% for the stewards). At the moment @Juliana Andrade is our designated ‣ - always check with her before confirming the event. TDF Chef can decide to hire extra help using their designated budget.
