Effective communication is at the heart of everything.
Poor communication leads to misunderstandings, poor results, a lack of trust and ultimately the breakdown of a working relationship.
Of course, communication is a two-way process. All parties want an honest and open working partnership. Therefore, we put a lot of effort into ensuring there is good communication between TDF and Zebra Growth.

1. Let’s consider different outcomes of communication
When considering communication, a “one size fits all” approach simply does not really work. We should adopt different “modes” of communication required for different circumstances:
- Account management: this is about servicing the long-term relationship, the commercial arrangements, potential future projects and sorting out any issues. This will involve mainly Project Owners (Sam Delesque, Elisavet Lavida)
- Projects/Phases: projects tend to have their own governance and communication processes, which are always critical for success. This will involve mainly Area Leads (Sam Delesque, Elisavet Lavida, Moh Al-Haifi, Margo Pinto, Keiron Calder).
- Support and maintenance: this has more to do with everyday communication where you might be reporting issues, bugs or having check-ins. This will involve mainly Area Leads (Sam Delesque, Elisavet Lavida, Moh Al-Haifi, Keiron Calder), if it is not directly connected to any of these areas, this should be flagged to Project Owners (Sam Delesque, Elisavet Lavida) that will then redirect to whom is more suited for the specific matter.
When considering TDF-Zebra Growth communication and the methods and channels to use, it really helps to think about each of these outcomes separately because they are very different.
